Chicken Rolls are a beloved Indian street food that originated in Kolkata. Tender pieces of spiced chicken are wrapped in toasted tortilla bread along with crunchy onions, peppers, and tangy chutney. It's a filling, flavourful meal that's easy to eat on the go. This recipe breaks down the process into simple steps, so you can enjoy restaurant-style wraps at home.

Time: 10 minutes
Heat refined oil in a large pan over high heat. Add chopped ginger, chopped garlic and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the boneless chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add onion slices, capsicum slices, chopped green chilli and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt to taste after the onion, capsicum and green chilli are cooked well.
Time: 10 minutes
Add Sunrise Cumin Powder and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in some tomato ketchup, lemon juice and Sunrise Chicken Curry Masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the cooked masala.
Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Time: 5 minutes
Take a tortilla bread in a pan and brush it with refined oil. Toast it on both sides on medium heat.
Turn off the heat and take the toasted tortilla bread on a wooden board.
Add the chicken filling on the bread. Roll the bread up tightly around the filling, tucking in the ends. Now, slant cut the wrap from the middle.
Repeat with the remaining tortilla bread and filling.
Time: 2 minutes
Sprinkle over some onion relish and fresh coriander. Serve hot.
