Paneer Madhuri is a quintessential North Indian dish featuring succulent cottage cheese cubes simmered in a luscious, fragrant onion-tomato gravy. Heat oil in a kadhai or deep pan. Add paneer cubes in it and fry until golden-brown. Now, keep them aside.

Add sliced tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste and keep frying until soft and mushy.
Add the ground Sunrise Poppy Seed paste to the pan and stir well. Then, add some water and sauté the masala on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Gently slide in the fried paneer cubes, ensuring they are immersed in the gravy. Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in hot milk and ghee. Simmer for another minute and turn off the heat.
