Fruit Basket: A Colourful, Healthy Treat for Any Occasion


Fruit Basket Recipe is a simple, healthy snack that serves fresh seasonal fruits. Drizzled with honey, garnished with lemon zest, and ginger julienne, these fruits are a refreshing treat for summer and a perfect fit for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Sunrise Chaat Masala

    2 to 3 tsp
  • Ginger (julienned)

    1 small piece
  • Fresh Fruits

    1 bowl
  • Rock Salt

    2 tsp
  • Lemon

    ½
  • Honey

    as preferred

Sunrise tip: Chill your serving bowl before assembling the fruit basket. It keeps the fruits fresher, crisper and enhances the refreshing feel, especially on hot summer days!

 

Steps

Step 1: Make The Fruit Bowl

Time: 5 minutes

Cut the fruits in a fancy shape and add them to the bowl.

Add lemon juice to the bowl.

Sprinkle rock salt and Sunrise Chaat Masala on them.

Add little pieces of Ginger Julienne and pour in honey too.

Mix well with a spoon.

 

Step 2: Transfer to Serving Plate

Time: 2 minutes

Once mixed well, transfer them to the serving plate. Garnish with some drops of honey and serve chilled.
