Papri Chaat is the ultimate Indian street food snack—an addictive medley of contrasting flavours and textures, from crispy fried papdi to creamy whipped yoghurt, tangy tamarind and spicy mint chutneys, and a garnish of crunchy sev and fragrant spices, all piled onto a plate. While it may seem like a lot of components, this recipe breaks it down into simple steps, so you can easily recreate this classic chaat at home.
